Free Delivery

Simply Bar Stools offer a FREE delivery service to Mainland UK addresses. Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email (Parcelforce only), where you can view the whereabouts of your order.Simply Bar Stools cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the item from the point of dispatching to our couriers.

Our Couriers will usualy deliver within 1 - 3 working days (although occasionally deliveries can take up to 14 days). If Our Couriers can not deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card, and attempt delivery on another two occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 5 working days, they will return the package to us . This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.

Please note that compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.

Simply Bar Stools advises that customers who forsee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If a delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - Returns Policy

Simply Bar Stools carefully selects its products and hopes you will be happy with your purchase, however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.

Our return's policy is simple and the "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us.

Unwanted Item/s

There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just simply call our customer service team on 0117 330 2278 within the 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full un-used condition, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective.

Please Note: Once you have assembled your product we cannot issue a refund.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 10 days.

Please be aware that you need to call our customer service before returning any unwanted or faulty items. In the scenario that this is not actioned, we shall not be able to process your return.

Faulty Item/s

Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error by Simply Bar Stools, we will be happy to fully reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Please notify our customer service team within the first 3 working days from receipt of your order.

Change Of Heart

We appreciate that you may have a change of heart of the purchase you may receive, however, there are a few pointers that we would like to mention before you call us.

Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this does also include the product packaging and instructions etc.) If there are any incomplete items received to us, we will not be able to refund you. You will be held responsible for any other charges provided to you in connection with your order. Please notify us within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Items Lost When Returning

Please note that for any items returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. We recommend that you use a secure and track able service that many well known post offices provide.

Refunds And Replacements

Refunds for items returned to us within the 30 days of receipt of your order shall be processed within 10 working days.

Q) After receiving the parcel, I opened the parcel briefly and did not notice the damage that I then located after taking them fully out of the box. I know it is after the three working days policy, however, what shall I do now?

A) Unfortunately, our policy requires that any damaged/missing/faulty items MUST be reported within this time in order to receive a replacement/refund.

Q) I have taken the item out from the box and assembled my stools and now I have realised that I measured them incorrectly.

A) As our policy states, goods can only be returned if in the original resalable condition, this means that any used or assembled items are not eligible to be returned to us.

Q) We wish to return an item for a refund, although I have not got the original packaging.

A) Unfortunately, without having the original packaging included with the product, this will affect the return as it makes the item non-returnable. This is due to us being unable to resale the item onto other customers.

Q) I purchased an item from your website, however, it has developed some type of fault. I know you have a 30 day policy. What shall I do?

A) If the item becomes faulty, please check the policy for that particular item e.g. stools have 12 months warranty. If the item is damaged after the 30 day period, unfortunately our customers are liable for the damage and a refund/replacement can not be given.

Q) What if I can't return an item?

A) If for any reason you cannot or are finding it difficult to return an item, for example the item is heavy and bulky, then it is possible for us to arrange a collection from yourself for delivery direct to us. The collection would be made using ParcelForce and can be arranged to take place any weekday afternoon. This service costs (£10 per box) which we charge by refunding you for the value of the item(s) with £10 deducted. Please call us (0117 330 2278) if you want to use this service.

Please Note: You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method, which requires a signature upon delivery, such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

Please Note: Any goods that we may receive faulty/damaged after being advised they are in a full resalable condition, will be looked into.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM WHICH IS OUT OF STOCK?
Most of our out-of-stock items have a Pre-Order facility, this means you place an order and pay for the item now and we will despatch it once it comes back into stock. You will receive the item within 3 days after it comes into stock and any items that are in stock which are placed in the same order will be despatched immediately.

I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW ELSE CAN I PAY?
We also accept cheques (made payable to Digital Frames Ltd). Before sending the payment please add all the items you want to order into your basket, select your delivery zone and note the total of the order, this has to match the total payment you send to us. Include a covering letter with your name, address, telephone number(s), email address and the items you wish to order. Send to our address and we shall process the order as soon as we receive it. Please note cheque orders take up to 7 days to clear and process. We can also accept Bank Transfers, please ring us (0117 330 2278).

CAN I COME INTO YOUR WAREHOUSE TO VIEW AND BUY PRODUCTS?

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT SOME ITEMS HAVE EITHER BEEN INCORRECTLY SENT, MISSING OR ARE DAMAGED. WHAT SHALL I DO?
Please contact us stating your name, order number and explaining the situation. Do not immediately send any items back to us, we must be notified of the situation so we can discuss with you the best course of action. We shall then reply explaining what you need to do and how we shall rectify the problem. If any problems occur we do endeavour to rectify them ASAP.

DO YOU SEND ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS?
You will receive two emails, one immediately after you place your order and one when the goods are dispatched. You must give a valid email to receive these notifications.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. HAS THERE BEEN A PROBLEM?
Please contact us stating your name and address. We can then confirm your order and possible reasons why you did not receive the email. In some cases you may have entered your email address incorrectly so the email never reached you. In other cases the email sent may have been delayed and will reach you soon, or possibly the order was never completed with us. In either circumstance we shall email you confirming the situation.

I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER A CONSIDERABLE TIME WAITING. WHERE IS IT?
Please contact us stating your name and order number. We will then investigate why your order has not reached you. In most cases we are able to rectify the situation and ensure your order reaches you within 48 hours.

I WISH TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A LARGE QUANTITY OF ITEMS, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
For orders of a high quantity we can indeed offer a discount. Please email trade@simplybarstools.co.uk stating the products you want to order, the quantities of each and the location where you require the order to be delivered. We shall then reply with an accurate quote and lead time for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that we add new products to the site everyday, we do not produce a catalogue. All the products we sell are listed on the website and you can print off catalogue-style pages of them here.

I HAVE SENT YOU AN EMAIL, BUT HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE
We respond to emails during office open hours (Mon - Thurs 9am - 5pm & Fri 9am - 4pm) This also applies to telephone calls. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

I WILL NOT BE HOME WHEN MY ITEM IS DELIVERED, WHAT DO I DO?
If there will be no one at home for delivery please leave a note on the front door advising the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or elsewhere around the property (porch or garden etc).

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Providing the order is not awaiting despatch or has been despatched already then it can be cancelled by calling us on 0117 330 2278. We cannot make any changes to orders that have already been placed but can add items to a new separate order which will be collated with the original order.

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Payment is taken as soon as the order has been placed. This applies for all orders, including pre-orders and special-order items from supplier's.
