Purchased four of these stools about six years ago. The only problems that I have had with them are recent and they were the tack welding on the base failed on two of the stools and were replaced free of charge. Also the gas struts on three of the four stools would slowly sink as expected after so many years. The replacement struts offered by the company fitted perfectly and now they're as good as new. Very nice customer service very pleased.

Being used at kitchen counter to prepare food. Cannot stand for long because of spinal problem and by using the bar stool I can prepare/chop etc and then swivel and reach cupboards. It is extremely comfortable and attractive as well as a boon.
