    I purchased 4 for my new kitchen in my self build house. Arrived in 4 days, on unpacking only 2 could be assembled as the main part that goes up and down was missing in the other 2 and also a complete pack of screws used to assemble them. So we assembled 2 and I contacted the company whose customer service is very good. They couriered that night to me the missing parts and the screws which arrived the next day. The stools are comfy, very stylish, all the trades people love them and ask where they came from. They are solid and sturdy. I am happy with the quality for the price and would purchase again. I am giving 4 stars because of the missing parts but 5 for the actual product. I Would recommend this company and product.
