Warranty Coverage
At Simply Bar Stools, we pride ourselves on offering a wide portfolio of high-quality, stylish seating and home essentials. To give you peace of mind, all products in our range are covered against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Because our selection spans multiple ranges and trusted brands, warranty lengths vary depending on the product:
Our Simply Bar Stools standard range includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty, whereas our deluxe range has an upgraded coverage of 2 years.
All products in other brands and categories are provided directly by the manufacturer and then vary. To find the exact coverage for a specific item, check the Technical Specifications tab on its product page.
This warranty covers faults resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorised person.
- Products used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.
- Compatibility issues where a product is purchased for a vehicle model that it is not designed or specified to support.
- Any claim made after the warranty period has expired.
Warranty Conditions
Your warranty may be void if:
- The product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorised third party.
- The product has been misused or installed incorrectly.
- Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- The fault is found to be outside the terms of this warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team:
Phone: 01173 302 276
Email: sales@simplybarstools.co.uk
When submitting your claim, please provide:
- Your proof of purchase.
- A description of the fault.
- Clear photographs and/or a video showing the issue where possible.
Product Inspection & Returns
In many cases, photographs or videos will allow us to assess the issue without requiring the product to be returned.
If we are unable to determine the fault remotely, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. Where a return is required, we will arrange collection of the item.
If, following inspection, the product is found not to be faulty or the fault is determined not to be covered by this warranty, the customer may be responsible for any applicable redelivery or return shipping charges.
Warranty Resolution
If your warranty claim is approved, we will normally resolve the issue using the following process:
- Repair of the product where practical.
- Replacement with the same product or an equivalent alternative if repair is not possible.
- Refund of the original purchase price where repair or replacement is not appropriate and both parties agree that a refund is the most suitable resolution.
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge all warranty claims within 7 working days of receiving the information and supporting documentation.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we aim to resolve approved warranty claims within 21 working days. Resolution times may vary if additional information, product inspections, or replacement stock is required, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Your Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
