Extremely pleased with look and comfort. We had a fault with one of the two we ordered and this was very quickly replaced - in fact next day!
Think the only little niggle is that they came flat pack !

I don't know what it is about this stool but it just has that look about it, I love the professional look that it gives my breakfast bar. Not even to mention that it's really comfy, it's got nice padding in the seat
Good Looking well made and shouts quality. Sturdy construction and heavy base make them very stable. Felt strips on the base make them slide easily over hard surfaces, and prevent indentation of Vinyl or wood floors etc, but would make moving difficult on carpets.
I initially ordered 2 so that I could make sure of the quality, they were delivered with the wrong bases, round instead of square but customer service was exceptionally good and we received the correct bases the next day, along with a discount offer. We decided to buy two more stools as we were so impressed with them.
So in summary we have two in our kitchen and are waiting for 2 more
