Prompt delivery and very pleased with product. It was unfortunate that one of the two bar stools ordered , one had a different base than described on the box. I rang customer service and the problem was resolved by sending me the correct base, which arrived the following day.

Ordered 2 of these to replace some old ones in our kitchen. They were delivered on time and impressively quickly but the centre column on both had defects. One had a dent and was scratched whilst the other had a small area of chrome missing. Replacement was handled quickly and efficiently once the problem was made clear. The leather seats look to be comfortable and of high quality.
