We really like the bar stools. They feel solid and robust, look good in our kitchen and our guests have liked them too. The leather feels good quality too. The website does say that they are off-white - we don't think that the "off" is very "off" at all, so in fact they go well in our kitchen.
When they arrived, one came without fixing screws which was a minor annoyance. I have to say that the customer service was the friendliest and promptest of any company that I have used in the recent past. This is an unusual and welcome discovery! We had the screws without too much delay and both stools are standing proudly in our kitchen!
