Arrived next working day as promised I bought four two of the bases had a slight mark on and the trim on one of the chairs was a bit loose at the join. They were replaced the next working day without any hassle. Easily put together in about 5 minutes and look fab! Great value for money and brilliant service I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.

My order was delivered very quickly. The stools are excellent value for money, however, I do wonder if it would have been better to buy the luxury version. They scrape across my kitchen tiled floor in a disturbing manner and have purchased some felt to stick to the bottom of them, they now seem much better. I think that they are an excellent purchase and would definitely recommend with felt cushioning.

Firstly when I received my pair of grey Carcaso bar stools I noted the colour was more a biscuit than a grey. Once assembled faults either the stool seats became obvious - such as poor finish on trim which was not aligned and staples visible not covered by trim. On close inspection there were also small cuts to the chair fabric and severe creasing of the Chrome trim where the trim curved around the chair design. This trim is clearly meant to be laid straigh. Overall poor quality not impressed will be returning.

Excellent product brilliant service

Horrendous service I ordered my stools and the delivery date was given as 29th March and it’s now the 4th April and I still have not received my stools. I have had excuse after excuse and uk mail that delivery are a nightmare there is no phone number at all to actually Speak to a person, u have to send emails that never get replied to. I have had people waiting in for my delivery. If you order from this company be careful Uk mail are terrible service. They took my money straight away and 6 days later still nothing. I had a text saying I’m next on list to be delivered then hr later telling me there is a delay with the driver and it’s now 6 days later.......
